Cosmopolitan Apartments offers a wide range of serviced apartments, business apartments and furnished apartments in various sizes and types for a variety of guests and clients. The essential point: The comfort of a hotel stay combined with the pleasant feeling of being at home and the appealing size of an apartment & all this at a reasonable price.

1. Choose

Choose your location, your favorite apartment and date range. If you do not know your departure time, please choose unlimited stay.

2. Book

Once you have selected your location, apartment type and period, you can easily book your apartment online. Pay with your credit card or bank transfer. Safe and simple. You will then receive a payment confirmation and a booking number. On the day of arrival, we offer you 24-hour secure code access to your apartment.

3. Enjoy

For how many people is the apartment suitable?

Our apartment categories can accommodate 1 to 4 guests depending on the bed size and convertible sofas. Your guests are always welcome to Cosmopolitan Apartments. For personal guests in your studio more than 2-3 days, please inform our staff.

Can I view the apartment before booking?

Of course, our guests are always welcome to visit their favourite apartment. You can call us for an individual viewing appointment or you can make an appointment online. Choose your preferred apartment in the search results page and click on button "schedule a viewing” on the right of the apartment card. After you click the button, a page opens prompting you to enter your personal details and preferred viewing dates. After submitting the data, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the viewing request. Viewing appointments can be scheduled from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

How to do the apartment booking?

You are welcome to call us for individual advice or book your apartment online. The search engine on our website will help you find the right apartment - just enter the requested destination and the check-in and check-out dates. You will be taken to the available apartments in the chosen destination.

What are the required documents to book an apartment?

If you are a business customer, we ask you to provide your personal contact details or the contact details of your company. To complete the booking process, first name, last name (or company name), address and telephone number as well as email address are required. A valid ID must be presented by each guest upon arrival. Each guest must present their passport or ID card before check-in.

What are the payment possibilities?

Short stay bookings are similar to a standard hotel reservation. Rates vary based on apartment size or extra added services.
Flexible stay booking rates are based on the duration of your stay; the longer you stay, the lower your monthly fee will be. Invoices are generated on a monthly basis with the first payment due at the time of booking. If the check-in date is on or before the 14th day of the month, the first invoice will cover the payment for remainder of the month. If the check-in date is on or after the 15th day of the month, the first invoice will cover the remainder of the month plus the following calendar month.

The flexible booking will always automatically extend monthly unless you notify a final end date of your stay. You will receive an email from Cosmopolitan Apartments on the 14th day of the month with a link to page where you will be able to select end date for your stay within next calendar month. If no end date is selected before 21st of month, your booking is automatically extended for one month and you will be billed on the 21st day of the month. The due date of the monthly invoice is 1st of next month.

The first payment of booking is made through our online booking system either with a credit card or with a bank transfer. Monthly invoices for flexible stay bookings are emailed monthly and can be paid with bank transfer.

What services are in price included?

Our standard services include free use of the Internet and TV as well as a cleaning service (including cleaning after your departure). Our cleaning service includes thorough cleaning and weekly change of bed linen and towels. All incidental costs such as water, heating and electricity are included.

Is tax inluded in price?

In addition to the rental price, a VAT amount of 3.7% will be charged. For extra services such as laundry service or additional cleaning service, a VAT amount of 7.7% will be charged.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

The deposit serves as security if the tenants cause damage to the rental property or fail to pay the rental price. For long-term stays, the deposit is 1 month's rent, which is returned to our guests no later than 3 weeks after their departure or you have taken out liability insurance. For stays shorter than 30 days, a fixed amount will be reserved on your credit card as a deposit.

Can I cancel my booking?

Up to 30 days before the start of the booking, the booking will be canceled without additional costs.
14 to 29 days before the start of the booking - the tenant is obliged to pay a processing fee of 50% of the total rent within 3 days.
13 days before the start of the rental and less - the tenant is obliged to pay a processing fee of 80% of the total rent within 3 days.

Can I check in & out 24 hours?

On the day of arrival, we offer you 24-hour secure code access to your apartment.

Do I have WiFi access?

Free wifi is one of our standard services

Do I have laundry possibilities?

Washing facilities for your clothes, ironing board and iron as well as vacuum cleaners are available in every apartment.

Are pets allowed in apartments?

Pets are usually allowed as long as the house rules and the apartment furniture are not affected. If you want to have a pet in your apartment, you will be asked to pay a rent deposit and sign a corresponding liability statement. Additional final cleaning services that may be required will be charged to you.

What does serviced apartment mean?

For us, a serviced apartment is more than just furnished accommodation: it is a home away from home. Like a night with your best friend - flexible, uncomplicated and above all cozy. The term serviced apartments stands for targeted support. In addition to full equipment, serviced apartments generally also offer a wide range of services.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

The fully equipped kitchenette with offers you everything for daily meals:
Ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine & lots of storage space.

Cookware and utensils, plates and cups - everything is already set up.

What is the minimum stay?

At COSMOPOLIATAN APARTMENTS the minimum stay is 2 nights. When you book a long-term stay of 30 days or more, you benefit most from our apartments. We specialize in the accommodation of permanent guests and offer the cheapest prices for stays of 30 nights or more.

What is the maximum stay?

There is no maximum stay by COSMOPOLITAN APARTMENTS. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish.

Can I prolong my stay?

If you would like to extend your stay, you can contact our customer service at least 4 weeks before the end of the contract. We always strive to find a way for our guests to stay longer at COSMOPOLITAN APARTMENTS.

Do you have parking spaces?

Depending on the property, we provide parking spaces in the garage or outdoors.
