Cosmopolitan Apartments is looking for real estate providers for its serviced apartments, within and outside Europe. Preference will be given to empty properties that can be converted into serviced apartments at short notice.
Suitable properties.
Existing properties of 50 units or more, existing offices/commercial properties or hotels, sites with or without a project, sections of larger buildings such as hotel complexes, existing boarding houses or hotels (business takeover), new projects, shell constructions or properties in the planning stage, properties from bankruptcies.
Rental and management
Cosmopolitan Apartments will design, develop, furnish and operate your residential complex. We have direct contact with property developersand can take on the complex work, while you benefit from attractive rental income.
